Thomas L. Jones, President and shareholder
Mr. Jones is the founder and majority shareholder of Tribase Industries Inc. For more than fifteen years, he has dedicated his professional life to helping companies increase productivity and optimize business processes through the use of communications and information technology, representing solutions from SAP, Microsoft, and IBM. Before Tribase, Tom was Executive Vice-President and co-founder of a Montreal-based software company specialized in the creation of B2B software.
James Vreugdenhil, CMA, Executive Vice-president and shareholder
With more than 20 years of large enterprise experience, Mr. Vreugdenhil occupied senior management positions with the likes of Nortel Networks and Lafarge Cement. Accountant by profession, Mr. Vreugdenhil has extensive experience in financial management, logistics (Director of Distribution, Director of Purchasing), business process assessment (VP Information Systems) and optimization. Mr. Vreugdenhil brings to Tribase expertise in the large-scale project management and the administration of business software (ERP solutions).
