THE TRIBASE HOME

Tribase delivers a complete home, fully installed. The homes are built in panels in Canada, and then shipped directly to the construction site. The homes include:

• Light gauge steel frames
• Damp-proofing materials and insulation
• Protection against strong winds, earthquakes, fire, and water/dust infiltration
• Interior and exterior finishing respecting local building requirements and local culture
• The latest technology in roofing; for both extreme cold and extreme heat.
• All electrical wiring and plumbing including fixtures (sinks, toilets, shower)
• Kitchen and utility cabinets
• Doors (indoor and outdoor) and windows

A one bedroom Mexican home is built with 4 hours of manufacturing time, 5 hours of on-site assembly (including the pouring of the concrete roof). Including finishing, the entire home is completed within 5 days.
