Base Auto Parts & Marine – Return & Refund Policy
At Base Auto Parts & Marine, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them
- Must include all original tags and be in original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or special order parts
- Electrical components (if installed or opened)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale or clearance items and gift cards

Exchanges
Need something different? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
All eligible returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover processing, inspection, and repackaging costs.
The restocking fee does not apply to:
- Returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Exchanges for the same item
Returns of special order, oversized, or bulk items may be subject to a higher restocking fee (up to 20%). If you’re unsure, just reach out to us at info@baseapm.com before initiating your return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process your refund.
